Bookings Administrator

The Bookings Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day organisation of outdoor activity sessions and to provide great customer service.

Main duties include taking bookings both online and on the phone, fully utilising the online booking system. You will have great customer service skills and be able to maintain all client records, including enquiry forms and online records. Good organisation skills are required to record details regarding follow up calls to ensure all enquiries are responded to quickly.

  • HOURS : variable and seasonal, 2-3 days a week or maybe more, including weekends.
  • LOCATION: Hayle (with some home working).
  • START DATE: May
  • PAY : £10.50 an hour

Equipment Hire Staff

The Equipment Hire Staff are responsible for the day-to-day organisation of equipment hire and to provide great customer service.

Main duties include taking some hire bookings face to face, online and on the phone, some cash & card handling, utilising the online booking system, the signing in and out of equipment and customers, giving safety briefs, monitoring the water activity, manual duties such as moving, launching and retrieving equipment, cleaning equipment and keeping the area clear for users. Good organisation skills are required for this role and desirable that you have a paddle sport background.

  • HOURS – variable and seasonal, with up to 5 days a week, including weekends.
  • LOCATION: Hayle & Mullion
  • START DATE: April
  • PAY : £10 an hour
