Paddle Boarding Cornwall

Suping at Coverack with lizard adventureSUP training on the Lizard CornwallSUP introduction

Although the idea of standing up and paddling originated thousands of years ago, this has recently become much more popular as a way of keeping fit whilst gliding over the water. Stand up paddle boards are larger than surf boards, making them more stable.
We have two great locations for you to try this new activity or improve your skills. Choose from 3 hour guided trips on the sea from Cagdwith Cove on the Lizard or choose Hayle Harbour for a more sheltered 2 hour trip on the estuary.

Lizard Adventure Paddle Boarding

Cadgwith Cove offers spectacular coastal scenery and is a traditional Cornish village complete with thatched cottages. Hayle is a small town in the beautiful St Ives Bay where you can paddle up the estuary to the shops and stop off for an ice cream on the way! Both locations have at least one cafe, pub/bar and shop.
Timings of sessions in Hayle will vary due to the tide times. Choose a morning or afternoon session – start times will be confirmed when you book.
