“Feel the buzz and elation of paddling on the ocean or climbing the cliffs. Watch seals diving, cormorants cruising overhead and spot basking sharks swimming in the deeps… Absorb the peace of this remote peninsula…”
Why Lizard Adventure?
Craggy cliffs and sheltered coves; crashing waves and wide sandy beaches – escape the crowds and experience the wild and secluded parts of Cornwall. Explore the natural history of the area, encountering rare and endangered species. We work very closely with the National Trust, and have strong links with other organisations including Natural England, RSPB, Cornwall Seal Group and the local communities.
Who we are
Lizard Adventure was set up by Annette and J-P Eatock, both qualified teachers. J-P has been delivering training and working in the outdoors industry since 1989, is a BCU Kayaking Level 5 Sea and Surf Coach, is vice-chair of the National Coasteering Charter and is the technical advisor for many coasteering providers in the country, including TYF in Pembrokeshire where commercial coasteering originates.
We work in Partnership with the National Trust and we proactively promote their work, are aligned to their values and pay for the use of their sites.
Surfers Against Sewage
We support SAS as members of their 250 Club and Annette is a Regional Rep: organising regular beach cleans, fundraising and raising awareness.
